Thought internet was created for communication it can means isolation and independence because a child can get alone in his bedroom without interacting with his parent. And also he can handle any technological device perfectly without help of his parents which means that family interaction declines.

        

          On the other hand internet can be a good tool to foster the family relationships by bombarding with good pages, good adds and good ways to advise for improving the family relationship persuading the family members to make activities and share time together in from of the computer.

             It is important and is needed to keep in mind the valuable of the family unit.  It is necesary to make pause to consider what makes families tick from a technological standpoint.  Nowadays, device-dependent age, many people may argue that the family unit has suffered.  Kids are too busy playing video games, texting and posting on social networks to interact with somebody else.

             Sometimes parents are not paying attention to their children and the things they are doing through the internet, or even the people they are chatting with, maybe because parents are working too much or because of the activities they are doing during the day; and at the time that the family is together, could be at night, each member of the house is using any kind o device, so they do not have time to speak, and parents do not have time to listen their children. Some people could see this problem as a normal thing because of the time, etc, etc. But belivable or not; this problem is affecting the relationship between parents and their sons, because they are losing confidence and time to let their sons share with them the experiences of the day, the new friend the met, or the problem they are facing.

            For these and for many more reasons, parents have to be aware, and not lose those precious moments with their sons, because one day they will realize that their children have grown, and it could be that those children are not the kind of people parents were expecting them to be.

Nowadays most of people use internet as a tool for communication to be in contact with others.
